where said easterly side of Sixth Street is intersected by the southerly
line of land of the Long Island Railroad Company, and from said point of
beginning; running thence north 84 degrees 11 minutes 40 seconds east
along the southerly line of lend of the Long Island Railroad Company
170.55 feet to land now or formerly of Chute; thence south 7 degrees 18

land now or formerly of De Jesus; theme south 84 degrees 11 minutes 40
