and State of New,York, bounded and described as follows

by land formerly of Andrew Cook and westerly by land now or formerly
of Levin; the said premises being forty-six (46) feet more or less
front and rear, and one hundred twenty-two (122) feet deep.
Being and Intended to be the same premises conveyed by Margaret
Heaney to Jeanette K. Holmes by.Dead dated November 17, 1945 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 29, 1945 in
Liber 2516 of Deeds, Page 309, and the same premises of which the
said Jeanette K. Holmes died seized and possessed.
