WITTV.,BE K that the party of the first pan,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and beingirllt at Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Being known and designated as Lots 5 and 24 on Map of Estate of Henry Beebe,
Hugh Halsey, Master in Chancery, filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in the
year 1838 as Map No. 9.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the party of the first
part of, in and to that portion of Main, Case and Carpenter Streets adjacent
to said premises and upon which said premises abut to the center lines thereof
respectively.
Being and intended to be in the same premises conveyed by Harriette R. Clark
(now Harriette R. Measoline) to Peter V. Seat and Lillian Saar by deed dated
October 9, 1962, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on October
26, 1962, in Liber 5255 of Deeds at page 3 and 4.
