UBER5349 PAGR209 THOS UNEN7uRE,made the 13th day of February,nineteen hundred and sixty-three BETWEEN HENRY TASKER, residing at 603 First Street, Greenport, Suffolk a 1 y County, New York, a m u m m party of the first part,and DONALD ALLEN, residing at 30 Wellington Road, East Brunswick, N.J., party of the second pert, WITNESSETH.that the party of the first pan,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim turn the party of the second part,the heirs or aumesaora and .a.of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:- BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a certain right-of-way which point is the northwesterly corner of other lands of the party of the second part; running thence northerly at right angles to the northerly line of said right-of-way one hundred (100)feet; thence easterly and at right angles to the last mentioned line forty-five (45)feet; thence southerly and at right angles to the last mentioned line one hundred (100)feet to the northerly line of the aforesaid right of way; thence westerly along the northerly line of said right-of-way forty-five (45)feet to the point or place of beginning. This being a correction deed given for the purpose of correcting the description in a certain deed between the part ies hereto dated October 30, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 3148 of Deeds at page 225, the premises herein described being conveyed subject to the covenants, restrictions and reservations contained in said deed. Said premises being located at Sandy Beach, in the aforesaid Village of Greenport and include lands under the waters of Sterling Creek adjacent thereto.
