THIS INDENTURE,made the 1st day of March ,nineteen hundred and sixty two,
BETWEEN George M. Schroeder and Marion R. Schroeder, his wife, both
residing at Greenport, New York,

residing at 43 Smith Avenue, Bayshore, New York,
party of the second part, -
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Fourth Street, distant
50 feet southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
westerly side of Fourth Street with the southerly side of Clark
Street, which point is also the southeasterly corner of land now or
formerly of Fox, and from said point of beginning running thence
along the westerly side of Fourth Street, south 7°17'30" west, 75
feet to land now or formerly of Bellingham; running thence along
..y.mK. said land, north 82041'10" west, 166.13 feet to land now or formerly
of Wgner; running thence along said land and along land now or form-

erly of Von Hassell, north 7°17'40" east, 75 feet to land now or
form-erly of Fox; running thence along said land, south 82°41'10^ east,
166.12 feet to the westerly side of Fourth Street, at the point or
place o£ beginning.

TOGETHER with all righp title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to my streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of thepartyof the first part in and to said premises;

consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party" shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
