lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated on a certain map of the "Wiggins Estate",
dat ed May 19, 1853, signed by J. Wickham Case, Nathaniel Corwin and Sidney
L. Griffin, Commissioners in Partition, and filed in the office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk as and by the lots numbered 174 and 175.
SAID lots being bounded northerly by Linnet Street; easterly by Sixth Street;
westerly by the Village of Greenport boundary line and southerly by land now or
formerly Giovanelli, and together being 100 feet front and rear and 165 feet
deep.
BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to JANINA MILLER
(now JANINA MILLER AXELSON)by DONALD E. MILLER and JANINA MILLER,
his wife, by deed dated October 24, 1961 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County on November 24, 1961 in Liber 5086 at page 45.
