SAID lots being bounded northerly by Linnet Street; easterly by Sixth Street; westerly by the Village of Greenport boundary line and southerly by land now or formerly Giovanelli, and together being 100 feet front and rear and 165 feet deep. BEING, and intended to be, the same premises conveyed to JANINA MILLER (now JANINA MILLER AXELSON)by DONALD E. MILLER and JANINA MILLER, his wife, by deed dated October 24, 1961 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on November 24, 1961 in Liber 5086 at page 45.
