being bounded and described as follows, to wit:

Fourth Street, distant one hundred (100) feet southerly from the inter-
section of the southerly side of Flint Street, with the westerly side of
Fourth Street, and running thence westerly by and with the land of Charles
Davis and parallel to the southerly line of Flint Street, one hundred and
sixty five (165) feet to land of Margaret Davlg, thence southerly, paralle
with the westerly line of Fourth Street by and with the land of said
Margaret Davis, fifty (50) feet to Lot 36, as laid down on said map
