THIS INDENTURE,made the 23d day of January ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven
BETWEEN
ALBERT WILSON, residing at 10 High Point Road, Lincroft,
New Jersey, and HOWARD F. WITTE, residing at 178 Ocean-
view Road, East Rockaway, New York, as tenants in common
and not as joint tenants,
party of the first part,and
ALBERT WILSON and EDNA R. WILSON, his wife, as tenants
