BETWEEN WALTER W. BONDARCHUK and BLANCHE T. BONOARCHUK, his wife,
both residing at First Street, Greenport, New York,
'Y party of the first part,and WINSTON K. WALTERS and RENIGILDA WALTERS, his wife,
both residing at 212 Fifth Avenue, Greenport, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part foreveq
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:

division line between the premises herein described and the land now
or formerly of Jaeger intersects said Avenue and which point is also

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Walter W.
Bondarchuk and Blanche T. Bondarchuk, by deed dated October 24, 1968,
and recorded November 18, 1968 in Liber 6456, page 478.

Servicing Corp., having an original principal balance due and owing
of $16,400.00, which the purchasers hereby agree to assume and pay.
