WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of

by the party of the second part,does hereby monist,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pert forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows, viz:- Northerly by land
formerly of George H. Cleaves, deceased, one hundred and fifty (150)feet;
easterly by First Street, fifty-two (52)feet; southerly by land now or formerly
of James D. Reil, onehundred and fifty (150)feet and westerly by land formerly
of Cortland A. Corwin and land formerly of the Estate of John Klipp, deceased,
fifty-two (52)feet.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Harry H.
Wilson to Charlotte M. Wilsen, by deed dated June 1st, 1910, recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 725 of deeds page 291 on the 5th day of
July, 1910, of which the said Charlotte M. Wilsen died seized and possessed.
