THIS INDENTURE, made the 31st' day of July nineteen hundred and sixty-nine '

by the entirety, residing at 10 High Point Road, Lincroft,
New Jersey, and HOWARD F. WITTE and ETHEL C, WITTE, his
wife, as tenants by the entirety, residing at 178 Ocean-
view Road, East Rockaway, New York, the Wilsons and the :F
Wittes holding as between the said Wilsons and Wittes as
tenants in common and not as joint tenants,
party of the first part, and
HOWARD F. WITTE and ETHEL C. WITTE, his wife, residing .at
178 Oceanview Road, East Rockaway, New York,
party of the second part,

BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of a 15 'foot ,
right of way, South 87 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East -
145.0 feet along said northerly line from the easterly
line of Fourth Street, said point of beginning being the
southeasterly corner of land of Micheli from said point .
of beginning running along said land of Michel, North
4 degrees 30 minutes 10 seconds East - 65.0 feet to land
of Long Island Railroad Company; thence along said land
of Long Island Railroad Company, North 84 degrees 16 min-
utes 40 seconds East - 109. 20 feet; thence along land
conveyed or about to be conveyed by the parties- of the
first part to ALBERT WILSON and EDNA R. WILSON, South 2
degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds East — 90.65 feet to said
northerly line of said 15 foot right of way; thence along
said northerly line, North 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 sec-
onds West - 118.90 feet to the point of BEGINNING. ; COn-
taining 8,803 square feet.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 15 foot right of
way -from the southeasterly corner of the premises west-
erly about 264 feet to Fourth Street:
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 15 foot right of,
way from the southeasterly corner of the premises east
erly about 175 feet to Greenport Harbor, said right of
way being 50 feet in width for a distance of 65 feet
westerly from said Greenport Harbor.
