UTZ and CLIFFORD H. UTZ, both residing in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, at 303 Fourth Street and 440 Sixth Street respectively, t party of the second part, {r WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of x C1 ---------------------------------One ($1. 00)---------------------- dollars, F .v lawful money of the United States, "` paid by the party of the second part, does Hereby, grant;and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the part} of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: North: Land now or formerly of Shelter Island Oyster Co, East: Yacht Basin West: Land now or formerly of Greenport Lumber Co. , Inc, and Ludlum Place. South- Land now or formerly of Bowden and others. This deed is given for the sole purpose of releasing the right of reversion contained in deed from Fred Klipp and Lena Klipp, his wife, to Fred C. Beebe, dated April 1, 1898 and recorded April 4, 1898 in Liber 465 of Conveyances at page 599 in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County. The said Fred Klipp died testate a resident of Suffolk County on January 15, 1939, and his will was filed , 1939 in the Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County under File number P 1939, leaving the residue of his estate, including this reversion, to four of his daughters, Ella, Klipp, Anna Klipp, Kate Klipp and May Klipp. The said Ella Klipp died, without issue and unmarried, June 6, 1947, survived by her sisters, Anna Klipp, Kate Klipp, May Klipp, Lillian Klipp Harriman and Lena Klipp Gardiner as distributees. The said Lillian Klipp Harriman died a widow without issue on April 24, 1967, survived by her sisters, Anna Klipp, Kate Klipp, May Klipp and Lena Klipp Gardiner as distributees. The said Kate Klipp died December 3, 1968, testate, unmarried, without issue, survived by her sisters, Anna Klipp, May Klipp and Lena Klipp Gardiner. Her will was probated March 11, 1969 in the Suffolk County Surrogate's Court under file number 375 P 1969.
