LIBER6292 PAGE 53 THIS INDENTURE,made the =� day of January ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight BETWEEN At CALVIN PETERSON and BERTHA PETERSON, his wife, both residing at 432 First Street, Green port, New York, "1 party of the first part,and EMMO URBAN and IRENE URBAN, his.wife, both residing at 18-41 - 41st Street, Astoria, New York, Ci C L; party of the second part, WTrNE55En1s that the party of the first part,inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideratio 5 paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the Party of the second part, or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lots No. 100 and 101 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Beebe Estates", and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 10, 1838 as Map No. 9, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of First Street, where the same is intersected by the division line between Lots 99 and 100 on said map which point is distant 100 feet southerly from the corner formed by the inter- section of the easterly side of First Street and the southerly side of Center Street; running thence North 83 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East, along said division line, 136.30 feet to land now or formerly of Amott; running thence along said land and land now or formerly of Levine and land now or formerly of Warner South 6 degrees 49 minutes 00 seconds East, 100 feet to the division line between Lots 101 and 102 on said map and being the northerly boundary of land now or formerly of Katz; running thence along said division line (land of Katz)South 83 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds West, 136 feet to the easterly side of First Street and thence along the easterly side of First Street North 6 degrees 59 minutes 10 seconds West, 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank, dated June 3, 1966, recorded November 29, 1966 in Of ice of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 5072 of mortgages at page 409, on which mortgage there is now due the sum of$ MVSB.yi with interest thereon at 6%from YBEB+AilOY 3 , 196y and grantees hereby assume and covenant to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration for this conveyanr TOGETHER with ell right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to aid premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. -
