southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Morris and the southwesterly
corner of the premises herein described, said point of beginning being 85.0 feet
easterly along said northerly line of North Street from its intersection with the
easterly line of Third Street; running thence along said land of Morris North 6
degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds West 117.73 feet to hand now or formerly of
Foster; thence along said land of Foster North 84 degrees 14 minutes 10 seconds
East 45.00 feet to land now or formerly of Olsen; thence along said land of Olsen
South 6 degrees 45 minutes 10 seconds East 116.95 feet to said northerly line of
North Street South 83 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East 45.00 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
