BETWEEN REBECCA JONES, residing at Third Street, Village of Greenport,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and IRVING L.
PRICE, JR., residing at 230 Fourth Street, Greenport, New York, the latter
having been appointed by the Surrogate's Court of the County of Suffolk on
October il, 1967
executor of the last will and testament of

party of the first part,and
MINNIE TAYLOR, residing at Third Street, Village of Greenport,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,

- will and testament,and in ennsideration of legacy contained in Paragraph SECOND of

lawful money of the United States, paid by the party of the
second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Third Street, 211.12 feet
northerly alongsaid easterly line from Center Street; from said point of be-
ginning running along said easterly line, N. 60 50' 00"W.'-47.40 feet;
thence along land of the party of the first part, three courses:
(1) N. 840 06' 30"E. - 106.50 feet; thence
(2) S. 60 50' 00"E. - 47.40 feet; thence
(3) S. 840 06' 30" W. - 106.50 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of egress and ingress in common with CONSTANCE
JONES and REBECCA JONES, their heirs and assigns, over a right of way 10.5
feet in width, the southerly boundary of which is a course N. 840 06' 30"E. be-
ginning at a point in the easterly line of Third Street two hundred and sixty-two
hundredths (200.62) feet northerly from the intersection of the said easterly
line of Third Street and the northerly line of Center Street. Said right of way
being 106.50 feet in length,
REBECCA JONES, widow of said testator, joins in execution of this deed
as testamentary guardian of decedent's daughter, CONSTANCE JONES, pursuant
to terms of Paragraph "Ninth" of said last Will and Testament.
