Greenport, New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,to consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
v paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon eroded, eituate,
lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Southold Town, Suffolk
County, New York, known and designated on a certain map entitled " Map of
Wiggins Estate", signed by Sidney L. Griffing, Nathaniel Corwin and J. Wickham
Case, Commissioners in Partition, and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County as Lot no. 179, and further described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Sixth Street distant 250.0 feet
southerly from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of
yr✓ Linnett Street with the westerly side of Sixth- Street; running thence
S 7° 18' 40" West along the southerly side of Sixth Street 50.0 feet to land
now or formerly of Taylor; thence along said land now or formerly of Taylor,
N. 82° 41' 20" West 169.72 feet to the easterly line of the Incorporated
Village of Greenport; running thence along said line, N. 6° 58' 35" East 50.0
feet to land now or formerly of De]Yuck; running thence along said land now or
formerly of DeDuck S. 82° 411 20" East 170.02 feet to the westerly line of
Sixth Street at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed made by George Proferes and Joyce Proferes dated February 7, 1961,
recorded February 10, 1969, liber 4946 of conveyances, page 329, in said
County Clerk's office.
