1�] ALL that tract, piece or parcel of land situate in the Village of
i Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, which was described in the tax sale wherein said property
was sold for unpaid taxes charged thereon by the County Treasurer
of the County of Suffolk State of New York in the month of November,
3 1940, and which was sold on the 5th day of February 1940 pursuant
to law, as parcel #384 bounded on the North by Bennett; East by
Reeve; South by Zion Church and West by Third Street, and at that
time assessed to Carrie Peterson Est., 1/8th acre, building and
land at Greenport.
BEING the same premises as conveyed by the County of Suffolk in
the State of New York by Milton L. Burns, County Treasurer of said
County to FRANK McMANN by deed dated April 5th, 1947 recorded
April 26, 1948 in Liber 2819 of Conveyances page 171.
The said FRANK McMANN being the same person as FRANK J. McMANN,now
deceased, who died a resident. of Greenport, Suffolk County, New
York on June 2nd, 1968, leaving a Last Will and Testament duly
�-- admitted to probate in the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County.
Letters Testamentary having been issued to MARIE C. McMANN, which
Letters Testamentary are still in full force and effect.
