Clercs Office, and made by Albertson Case, Surveyor, Southold, New York,
The said lot being bounded northerly by Madison Avenue fifty (50)feet front;
easterly by lot No. Four (4)as shown on above named map one hundred and
twenty-seven feet; southerly by lands of Thomas F. Price thirty-five (35)feet;
westerly by lands formerly of Samuel B. Taylor, one hundred twenty-one (121)
feet.
This deed is given to extinguish any dower right the grantor might
have as the surviving widow of Charles S. Sage, who conveyed premises to
Milton Jester by deed dated February 3, 1950 and recorded February 7, 1950
in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 3044 C/p 45.
