ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Torn of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and describod as follows
BEGINNING at a point on the boundary line between land of quinton
and land of the Long Island Railroad Company, 354.20 feet Easterly
along said boundary line from the Easterly line of Fourth Street, said
point of beginning being the Northeasterly corner of land now or former
ly of quinton and subsequently conveyed by quinton to Witte and Wilson,
from said point of beginning
running thence along said land of Long Island Railroad Company,
North 84 degrees 16 minutes 40 seconds East 106 feet, more or leas, to
ordinary high water mark of Greenport Harbor;
thence Southerly along said high water mark 100 foot, more or loss;
thence along land of Quinton, two courses:
(1) North 82 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West 65 feet, more or
less; thence
(21 South 7 degrees 11 minutes 20 seconds West 35.74 feet to the
Northerly line of a 15 foot right of way;
thence along said Northerly line of said right of way North 82 de-
grees 48 minutes 40 seconds West 15.0 feet to said land formerly of
quint= and subsequently conveyed to Witte and Wilson;
thence along said land, two courses:
(1) North 7 degrees.11 minutes 20 seconds East 50.0 feet; thence
(2) North 5 degrees 43 minutes 20 seconds West 63.27 feet to the
point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 15 foot right of way, from
a southeasterly corner of the promises Westerly about 375 feet to
Fourth Street.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Ethel Edwards
by Ralph V. Quinton by deed dated December 15, 1965 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 20, 1965 in Liber 5880 of
Deeds at page 198.
