paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
CALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements tzeram erected, situate,
lying and being in the incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
0 of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Center Street, distant 100 feet
# westerly when measured along the northerly side of Center Street from the
5.corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Center Street with

w z the northerly side of Center Street, 72. 48 feet to land now or formerly of

feet to land now or formerly of Clark; thence along said last mentioned land,
the following two courses and distances: 1) north 83°02'00" east, 6. 00 feet;
2) north 6°48140" west, 21. 90 feet to land now or formerly of Westcott;
thence north 83°51130" east, along said last mentioned land, 46. 18 feet to
land now or formerly of Warren; thence along said last mentioned land the fol-
lowing two courses and distances: 1) south 7°01 '50" east, 34. 76 feet;
2) north 83000'50" east, 20 feet to land now or formerly of Sperling; thence
south 7°01150" east, along said last mentioned land, 42. 78 feet to the north-
erly side of Center Street, at the point or place of beginning.
Subject to (1) any state of facts an accurate survey might show; (2) covenants,
restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations
of record, if any, and (3) mortgage recorded in liber 5520 of mortgages, page
148, in the Suffolk County Clerk's office, originally in the amount of $9, 000.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed dated September 4, 1969, made by Lydia Gooding, and intended
to be recorded in said County Clerk's office simultaneously herewith.
