U ALL those two certain lots or parcels of land lying in the Village of Greenport,
County of Suffolk and State of New York and which taken together are bounded and
described as follows, viz: Northerly by tot formerly owned by John Clark and known
on Map of Wiggins Estate as Lot Number Sixty-one (61); .Easterly by land formerly
of Nancy Smith; southerly by land of the Long Island Rail Road Company and westerly f1
'CO ' by Fifth Street of said Village. The said lots conl.aining frnm East to West one hundred 1
7 and sixty-five (165) feet and from North to South on the East end or rear eighty (80)
feet and on the West end or Fifth Street one hundred and seventeen (117) feet and which
separately taken on said map of the Wiggins Estate are known as Lots Nos, Sixty-two 4
(62) and Sixty-three (63) being a portion of the said property formerly owned by

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Louis Spallingee and Y6,
Annie J. Spallinger, his wife, to Angelo .Piecozzi (now deceased) and Prudenza Piccozr,i
(now deceased) by deed dated February 28, 1922, and recorded in the Suffolk Cotnty
tA. ',Clerk's Office on May 13, 3.922, in Liber 1038 of deeds at page 379, and the same
premises of which the aforesaid Prudenza Piccozzi diad seized and possessed.
