J northerly along said easterly line from North Street, said point of beginning -
being the southwesterly corner of land of the party of the second part and the

as follows: (1) north 81°53'40" east, 100 feet to a monument; thence -

other land of the party of the first part; thence along said land, south 6°48'30" p
east, 42 feet; thence through said land of the party of the first part, south
81°53140" west, 150.91 feet to said easterly line of Third Street; thence along
said easterly line, north 6"50'00" west, 20 feet to the point of beginning. -
BEING and intended to be part of the premises conveyed to the party of the -
first part by deed made by Lottie Borkoski, recorded in the Suffolk county
clerk's office, liber 6219 of conveyances, page 101. `
