York, which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as

BEGINNING at the northeasterly corner of the premises hereby conveyed
on the northerly line of a right of way hereinafter mentioned and
defined, which line is also the southerly line of land formerly of -
Herbert Fordham, and is at a stake in said corner which stake is dis-
tant 55.5 feet westerly on a course of North 680 53' 20" West from a -
Locust post set in the westerly line of land formerly of Inez Fordham, -
and
running from said point of beginning westerly along said northerly
line of said right of way North 680 53' 20" West 53 feet to another
istake in the northwesterly corner of lot herein described and the -
northeasterly corner of lot of land conveyed to Norma tomer;
{ running thence southerly along the easterly line of said Nimer's
land on a course of South 250 6' 40" [lest 131.75 feet to a point and _

running thence in an easterly direction and along Greenport harbor
