Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Etta C. Keogh and
Cornelia C. Keogh to Pasquale Tartaglione (now deceased) and Theresa Tartaglione
(now by remarriage Theresa M, Morris) the party of the first part herein by deed
dated September 21, 1959 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
September 23, 1959 in Liber 4697 of deeds at page 103.
