Project Description: To deposit 450-500 cy. of clean sand obtained from an
upland source along the base of an eroded escarpment extending 420'+/- coming
30'+/- east of the existing jetty. Upon depositing and grading of the proposed fill,
re-vegetate with American Beach Grass, planted 6"-8" on center and 150+/-
Rugosa Rose planted 24" on center.
Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The
issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the
plans prepared by Creative Environmental Design dated May 7,2007.
Conditions: Final inspection.
If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an
Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a
Wetland Permit will be required.
This is not a determination from any other agency.

This Firm represents the Estate of Grace Nickles, owner of the property referenced
above, who wishes to obtain all required regulatory approvals in order to deposit and
grade clean fill obtained from an upland source along the shoreline of subject property
in order to restore the profile following the erosion occurring from the recent storm
event. Accordingly, an "emergency/administrative permit' from your Board is required.
