Project Description: To deposit 450-500 cy. of clean sand obtained from an upland source along the base of an eroded escarpment extending 420'+/- coming 30'+/- east of the existing jetty. Upon depositing and grading of the proposed fill, re-vegetate with American Beach Grass, planted 6"-8" on center and 150+/- Rugosa Rose planted 24" on center. Findings: The project meets all the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code. The issuance of an Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the plans prepared by Creative Environmental Design dated May 7,2007. Conditions: Final inspection. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 275 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
