THIS INDENTURE, Made the 18th day of October , 1968 between
Robert C. Weaver , Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of
Washington, D. C., acting by and through the Federal Housing Commissioner,
811 Vermont Avenue, N. W., Washington, D. C., party of the first part, and
Christian Michelson and Merit Michelson, his wife

xC§ WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in consideration of the

land valuable considerations paid by the party(ies) of the second part, does

from the corner formed by the intersection of the westerlyaide of Carpenter Street and
the northerly side of Case ,Street which point of beginning is intended to be the point of
intersection of the northerly line of the land now or formerly of W.G. Foster and the
westerly side of Carpenter Street; _

distance of 66 feet;
thence North 60 50' 20" West 33.55 feet, to other land now or formerly of Hergrueter;

to the westerly side of Carpenter Street;
thence South 60 55' 10" East along the westerly side of Carpenter Street 33.75 feet to
the point or place of Beginning.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and
to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;
