paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,

lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded as follows: On the North by land now or formerly
of Mary Griffin; on the East by Third Street; on the South by land now or formerly
of Oscar Goldin; and on the West by Silver Lake. Said premises being
50 feet in width and 150 feet in depth,
RESERVING HOWEVER, unto the party of the first part herein a life estate
in the above described premises.
