map entitled Subdivision Map, part of the estate of Thomas F.
Price, Sr., which map is made by Otto W. Van Tuyl, dated November
29th, 1927, and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk, New York which lot is bounded on the North by Lot
No. 37, 150 feet, on the east by Sixth Avenue, 50 feet, on the
South by Lot No. 39, 150 feet and on the West by a portion of
Lot No. 59, 50 feet.
AND it is understood and agreed tbati%.certain streets shown
on the above said subdivision Map and known as Oak Street, Maple
Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue and running to the property
of the Union School District No. 10 on the westerly side of the
said subdivision Map have been closed at the junction with the
said Union School District No. 10 property and they are DEAD END
STREETS.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Irving
L. Price as Executor of the last Will and Testament of THOMAS F.
PRICE, SR., to George S. Bauer, by deed dated July 16th, 1948 and
and recorded in the_Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 30,
1948 in Liber 2866 at page 345.
