THIS INDENTURE,made the 4th day of August ,nineteen hundred and sixty-seven,

WEEN Wilfred Ireland and Genevieve Ireland, wife, both residing at
Greenport, New York, as devisees under the last will and testament of
Katherine Marron (also known as Kate E. Marron), deceased,
party of the first part,and Wilfred Ireland and Genevieve Ireland, his wife, both
residing at Greenport, New York, -
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the Gust part,in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
northerly by North Street, 107-1/2 feet; easterly by Main Street, 61 feet;
southerly by land formerly of Isaac D. Sweezey, 108 feet, and westerly
by land now or formerly of Ireland, 5 7-1/2 feet, be the said dimensions
more or less.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Wilfred Ireland
and Genevieve Baker Ireland to Kate E. Marron, deceased, by deed dated
August 19, 1958, recorded in the Suffolk county clerk's office in liber 4503
of conveyances, page 143, August 21, 1958.
