of worship near Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State

Lutheran Church of Greenport, N. Y., the grantee in deed recorded December
11, 1886 in Liber 299 of Deeds at Page 573 in Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
party of the first part,and RUSSELL E. GAGEN and THERESA K. GAGEN, his
wife, both residing near Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the patty of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

and Westerly by Kaplan Avenue (also known as Fifth Avenue)one-hundred feet
(100 ft.).
This conveyance is made pursuant to an order of the Supreme Court Suffolk
County dated May 25, 1967•
