ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements therms erected,situate,
lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Second Street, distant 50
feet southerly from Webb Street, as measured along the easterly side of
Second Street, from which point is also the southwesterly corner of land now
or formerly of Brandi;
running thence north 830 07' 30" east, along the southerly side of land
of Brandi, 149.55 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Horton;
thence south 70 18' 20" east, along the westerly side of land of Horton,
49,94 feet to land of Perham or Fordham;
thence south 830 06' 00"west, along the northerly side of said land,
150.Ol feet to the easterly side of Second Street;
thence north 60 47' 00"west, along the easterly side of Second Street,
50 feet to the point or place of beginning.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business actually
conducted by the party of the first part.
