BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed by Louise
Adams Yetter to Linwood E. Perham and Ruth B. Perham, his wife,
by deed dated the 26th day of July 1946 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk's office on July 30, 1946 in Liber 2602
at page 256.
