formerly of the Estate of Margaret Mouhot; southerly by land belong-
ing to the. Long Island Railroad Company and Westerly by land of
John DeLuca. Being known and designated as Lot Number 18 on a
certain map known as "Map of the Wiggins Estate, signed by Nathaniel
CoPwin, Sidney L. Griffin, and J. Wickham Case as Commissioners in
Partition June 1$52."
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Armando Gentile,
deceased, and Anna dentile by deed made by James C. Hayes and R. Mary
Hayes dated.September 25, 1943, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office, liber 2315 of deeds, page 524, October B, 1943.

to covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations,
