BETWEEN JOHN G. HANSEN, a/k/a JOHN GREGORY HANSEN, and HELEN OLSON
HANSEN, his wife, residing at 222 Manor Place, Greenport, Suffolk
County, New York, formerly residing at 141 Meridian Road, Levittown,
Nassau County, New York, and JOHN G. HANSEN, a/k/a JOHN GREGORY HANSEN,
residing at the same place, and A. WILLIAM OLSON, residing at Greenport,
Suffolk County, New York, said JOHN G. HANSEN, a/k/a JOHN GREGORY
HANSEN, and HELEN OLSON WHEN, a/k/a HELEN 0. HANSEN, his wife, also
having a place of residence at Nassau Point, Cutchogue, Town of Southold_
Suffolk County, New York,

domestic corporation organized and existing nder and by virtue of
the Business Corporations Law, having its principal office and place

J. W. Case on 5/2/73, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County
of Suffolk n 6/1888/73 as Map No. 53, being more particularly bonded
and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on, the northerly side of Manor
Place distant 89.62 foot easterly from'the corner formed by the inter-
section of the northerly side of Manor Place and the easterly aide of
Sterling Place which said point of beginning is lucatod at the south-
easterly corner of premises conveyed to Ira J. Horne, Jr. by dead

Being and intended to be.the same promises conveyed by John E. Lollls
and Georgia L. Lollis, his wife, to John G. Hans an and A. William Olson
by deed dated March'22, 1965 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on March 24, 1965 in Libor 5718 of Deeds at page
452, and the same promises conveyed by Nolen Olson Hansen to John
Gregory Hanson and A. William Olson by deed dated March 22, 1965 and
recorded in the Office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk on March
24, 1965 in Libor 5718 of Deeds at page 456.
It being the intention of this instrument to convey to the party of
the second part all of the right, title and interest of the parties of
the first part in and to the premises above described.
SUBJECT to certain mortgages now on record, which are a lien upon
Parcel One, made by John Gregory Hansen and Helen Olson Hanson, his
wife, to Southold Savings Bank, which mortgages are recorded in the
Office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4125 of Mortgages
at page 508 and Libor 4185 of Mortgages at page 263, which mortgages
the party of the second part assumes and agrees to pay.
