William Olson by deed dated March 22, 1965 and recorded in the Office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk on March 24, 1965 in Libor 5718 of Deeds at page 456. It being the intention of this instrument to convey to the party of the second part all of the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part in and to the premises above described. SUBJECT to certain mortgages now on record, which are a lien upon Parcel One, made by John Gregory Hansen and Helen Olson Hanson, his wife, to Southold Savings Bank, which mortgages are recorded in the Office of the Clark of the County of Suffolk in Liber 4125 of Mortgages at page 508 and Libor 4185 of Mortgages at page 263, which mortgages the party of the second part assumes and agrees to pay.
