Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to Frank Ozarowski,
the party of the first part herein, and Frances Ozarowski, his wife, (now deceased),
by deed dated August 29, 1950 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerkrs Office on
August 30, 1950 in Liber 3119 of deeds at page 489.
