party of the first part,and GABRIEL CARROZZO and SARAH N. CARROZZO, his wife,
both residing at Carol Avenue, Peconic, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second put,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of ten dollars paid by the party of the second
part,does hereby remise,.release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,
lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument set in the easterly side of Sixth Street where the
division line between the premises hereinafter described and land now or formerly
of Gabriel and Sarah N. Carrozzo, the parties of the second part herein, intersects
said easterly side of Sixth Street; from said point of beginning running thence along
said easterly side of Sixth Street North 7 degrees 18 minutes 40 seconds East 1.00
:'feet; thence South 82 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds East a distance of 166.14 feet
to land now or formerly of Bellefountaine; thence South 7 degrees 18 minutes 20
seconds West 1.00 feet to said lands of the parties of the second part herein; thence
ralong land last mentioned North 82 degrees 00 minutes 40 seconds West 166.14 feet
to a concrete monument and the point or place of beginning.
BEING and intended to be a portion of the premises conveyed by Angelo Carrozza
and Luigina Carrozza, his wife, to Benjamin DeJesus, the party of the first part
herein, and Iolanthe DeJesus, his wife, now deceased, by deed dated June 3, 1936
!and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 5, 1936 in Liber 1865 of
:deeds at page 179.
