lying and Ming in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated on a certain

Bay, Greenport, Suffolk County, New York, belonging to Gerard S.
_ Johnson, C.H. Bateman, Engineer and Surveyor, May 19th, 1905" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as and by
the Lot Number 9, which said lot is bounded and described with ref-
erence to said map as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the easterly lino of Sixth Street at
the intersection of the northerly line of Johnson Court (Place) as
- laid down on said map and running thence North 7 degrees 18 minutes
90 seconds east by and with the easterly line of Sixth Street, 70 =
feet to an iron pipe adjoining Lot No. 6 as laid down on said map;
thence South 82 degrees-91 minutes 20 seconds East by and with the
southerly line of Lot No. 8 as laid down on said map, 166.23 feet to
