THIS INDENTURE, Made the 26th day of March , 1969 between
George Romney , Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of
Washington, D. C., acting by and through the Federal Housing Commissioner,
811 Vermont Avenue, N. W., Washington, D. C., party of the first part, and
Russell H. Cornwell
25 Fenimore lane party(ies) of the second part.

WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) lawful money of the United States, and other good
and valuable considerations paid by the party(ies) of the second part, does
hereby grant and release unto the party(ies) of the second part, and to the
heirs, distributees and assigns of said party(ies) of the second part, for-
ever
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and im-
provements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk and State of New York, and bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Carpenter Street, distant
Northerly 229.45 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly
side of Case Street, and the westerly side of Carpenter Street and from said
point;
RUNNING THENCE South 840 091 West 65.94 feet;
THENCE North 60 501 20'1 West 33.55 feet to land now or formerly of Katz;
THENCE along said land North 830 581 2011 East 66.90 feet tothe westerly
side of Carpenter Street;
THENCE along the westerly side of Carpenter Street, South 60 551 IDR East
33.75 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
^1 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the
first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises
to the center lines thereof.

BEING the same property acquired by the party of the first part pursuant
to the provisions of the National Housing Act, as amended (12 USC 1701 et
seq.) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (79 Stat.667).
TOGETHER WITH the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the
party of the first part in and to said premises.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party(ies) of
the second part, and to the heirs, distributees and assigns of said par-
ty(ies) of the second part, forever.
SUBJECT TO ALL covenants, restrictions, reservations, easements, condi-
tions and rights appearing of record; and SUBJECT to any state of facts an
accurate survey would show.
AND THE party of the first part covenants that he has not done or suf-
fered anything whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way
whatsoever.
