part by deed made by Courtland A. Corwin and Edith Y. Corwin, his wife, by
deed dated August 23, 1956, recorded August 24, 1956, in the Suffolk county
clerk's office, liber 4167 of conveyances, page 314; this conveyance has been
made with the unanimous consent in(vriting of all the stockholders of the party
of the first part.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to covenants, '
restrictions, easements, agreements,raservations, and zoning regulations of
record, if any.

roads abutting the above-described prrrnises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premiss; TO HA AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted nnta the patty of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.-
