WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars paid by the party of the second
Cr. part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Couat.y
of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:

is intersected by the southerly line of land now or formerly of Roman Wallace
and running thence in a westerly direction along said southerly line a distance of
one hundred fifty feet to a point, thence southerly on a line parallel with the westerly;

Roman Wallace a distance of one hundred fifty feet to a point in the westerly line of
Third Street; thence northerly along the westerly line of Third Street a distance of

purposes of ingress and egress, over the northerly six feet of the lands irnmediately'
adjacent on the south.
SUBJECT to a right of way over the northerly four feet of said premises between
Third Street and the westerly line of the premises, and to any mortgages of record.

TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any,of the rty of the first rt of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center line thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section I3 of the Lien Law,hereby covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part o the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
