County, New York" and filed in the Office of the County Clerk of
Suffolk on June 20, 1892 as Map No. 469 AND all that certain plot, l
piede or parcel of land, situate, lying and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated ;,
as and by the Lot No . 99 as shown on a certain map entitled "Map of j
part of the Estate of Thomas F. Price, Sr. , situated at Greenport, ;!
Suffolk County, New York" and filed in the Office of the County Clerk
of Suffolk on December 12, 1927 as Map No. 851, which said lots when
taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the easterly
side of Madison Avenue with the northerly side of West Street and
running thence North 14 degrees 46 minutes 40 seconds East along the
easterly side of Madison Avenue 109.90 feet to the southerly side of
Madison Avenue; thence South 83 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds East
along the southerly side of Madison Avenue 76.28 feet to land now
or formerly of Eddie Smith; thence along said last mentioned land
the following two courses and distances : 1) South 7 degrees 22 minutes
10 seconds West 13.86 feet; 2) South 8 degrees 41 minutes 30 seconds
West 107.29 feet to the northerly side of West Street; thence along
the northerly side of West Street, the following two courses and
distances : 1) North 76 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West 10. 00 feet;
2) North 75 degrees 13 minutes 20 seconds West, 78 . 68 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part in and to all gore strips adjoining the above described
premises on the east.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
Alice Kolocowski, the grantor herein, is the same person as the
grantee in Deed dated August 20, 1932 recorded August 30, 1932 in
Liber 1668 cp 360 and in Deed dated May 13, 1935 and recorded May
15, 1935 in Liber 1812 cp 283 .

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will held the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for

any other purpose.

shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
