Emma A. Skinner and Ezekial D. Skinner, to .Jane M. A. Skinner and Ann E. A.
Skinner by deed dated January 1, 1886 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on January 14, 1886 in Liber 293 of Conveyances at page 344, and the
same premises of which said Ann E. A. Skinner died seized and possessed of
an undivided one half int eresi . The parties of the first part are, other than
Mary S. Corwin, all of the heirs at law,of said Ann E. A. Skinner.
