sideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the

the northeast corner of land of Katherine Campbell ; running thence
along the southerly line of Front Street, N. 84° 331 3011 E . sixty—
eight and twenty—four hundredths ( 68 . 24 ) feet to land of Mitchell ;
running thence along land last mentioned, three courses as follows :
1 . S . 70 1 ' 4011 E . 86 feet; thence
2 . S . 840 33 ' 3011 W. 70. 62 feet; thence
3 . N. 50 26 ' 3011 W. 85 . 96 feet to the point or place of

TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to such portion of Front Street adjoining
said premises to the center line thereof.
TOGETHER with a right of way over other land formerly of Albert
A. Olsen and Ernest E . Rogers, twelve ( 12 ) feet in width, running
thence along the westerly line of said premises .
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Ernest E .
Rogers and Fanny G. Rogers and Albert A. Olsen and Annie L . Olsen

recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office in Liber 2013 p. 294.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed in deed June

and recorded in Suffolk county Clerk ' s Office November 12 , 1953
in Liber 3610 page 423 .

I AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conve}ance and will hold the right to receive such
o consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement
and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of
the the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
