recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on February 17th 1949 in Liber
2923 of Deeds at Page 152, on.which.Helen Noll Quimbydied seized and possessed
as the surviving tenant. Subject to (1) any state of facts an accurate
survey might show, (2) covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements,.reserva-
tions and zoning.regulations of record, if any, and (3) a mortgage of record
in the Suffolk County Clerk's office.
