at a stake set in said corner, which stake is distant 260.50 feet Westerly on a

land now or formerly of Inez Fordham, and
running thence from said point of beginning Westerly along the said -

now or formerly of Adams;
running thence Southerly along the Easterly line of said lot of land now
or formerly of Adams on a course South 250 61 40" West 124.02 feet to a point
in the Southerly line of land granted by the People of the State of New York to
Sandy Beach Association of Greenport, N. Y., Inc. and which grant or patent

in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, N. Y. and which point is the South-
