Levine, residing at 205 Bay Avenue, Greenport, N.Y., individually and as devisees under the last will and testament of Anna Levine, deceased, party of the first part, and Walter H. Atkinson and Velma R. Atkinson, his wife, both residing at Peconic, N.Y., party of the second part. �p 0 WITNFSSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Tea Dollars and other valuable cousWeration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, I, ALL that certain plot, ieee or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvementantrerses situate, lying and being in the �illage of Greenport, Town o Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: north by land now or R `!-formerly of Amott; east by Main Street; south by land now or formerly of Warner, and west by land now or formerly of Peterson. BEING and intended to be the same premises described as "Parcel Number 4" in a certain deed recorded in the Sufblk County Clerk's office, liber 2807, of conveyances, page 270, and the premises of which Anna Levine died seized and possessed. SUBJECT to (1) any state of facts an accurate survey might show; (2) covenants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations, and zoning regulations of record, if any; (3) rights pf presei ."tenants,, if any.
