WrrNESSETH, that whereas4etters testamentary were issued I the pparty of the first part by the Surrogate's
Court, Suffolk County, New York, on April ly, 1973 and by virtue
of the'power and authority given in and by said last will and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates,
Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
($3,500.00) dollars,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and

BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Second Street
which point is distant 50 .0 feet southerly from the intersection
formed by the westerly side of Second Street and the southerly side
of North Street; running thence along said Second Street South 6
degrees 47 minutes East 56.45 feet to land now or formerly of Quarty;
running thence along said land South 83 degrees 15 minutes 30 seconds
West 100.0 feet to land now or formerly of Golden; running thence
r' along said land North 6 degrees 47 minutes West 56.14 feet to land
now or formerly of Bolling; running thence along said land North 83
degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds East 100.0 feet to the westerly side
of Second Street and the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises conveyed to
Reginald Mack and Blanche J. Mack, his wife, by deed dated October
17, 1959, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk November 27, 1959 in Libor 4781 page 346, the said Blanche
t; J. Mack having died February 23, 1965, a resident of Pinellas County,
Florida, and the said Reginald Mack having died September 5, 1972$ a resident of
Pinellas County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
' roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
j and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
,j the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
Subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the Lien Law.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
