Slate of New York, bounded as follows:
BEGINXING at a point on the Northerly side of South Street, distant
49. 35 feet Easterly as measured along the Northerly side of South
Street from the corner formed by the intersection of the Northerly
side of South Street, and the Easterly side of First Street, said point
of beginning also being where the division between premises herein
described and land of Terry intersects the Northerly side of South
Street;
THENCL' along said land of Terry, the following two (2) courses and
distances:
(1) North 7 degrees 03 minutes 40 seconds West, 79. 0 feet;
(2) North 85 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds Bast, 55. 0 feet to the
Westerly side of an "Open Way";
THENCE South 7 degrees 03 minutels 40 seconds East along the Westerly

THENCE South 85 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West along the

This conveyance is made and accepted subject to an indebtedness secured
by a first mortgage upon said premises held by JAWS S MASON and IDA
MASON, which mortgage was dated 4/30/73 and recorded in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office on 5/2/73 M Liber 6710 mp 526 on which there
