e THIS INDENTURE, made the 25th day of October , nineteen hundred and seventy-two
BETWEEN THE NORTH FORK BANK & TRUST COMPANY, a domestic banking
corporation having its principal place of business at 245 Love Lane, Mattituck,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, Executor of the
Estate of Frank L. Barth, having qualified as such Executor by decree of the
Surrogate's Court of Suffolk County dated 1972 under file number
375 P 1972,
as executor of the last will and testament of

party of the first part,and WILLIAM URBAN and EDITH URBAN, his wife, both residinf
at 529 Minneford Avenue, Bronx, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part,by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament,and in consideration of Forty thousand ($40, 000, 00)---- ------

paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed ;by the intersection of the easterly side of
First Street and the southerly side of Center Street and running thence along the
said southerly line of Center Street North 83 degrees 16 ininutes 40 seconds East
136. 25 feet to land of Barth Realty; running along the said land of Barth Realty
r and land of Amott South 7 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds East 100.0 feet to other
land of Urban; running thence along said other land of Urban South 83 degrees 16
minutes 40 seconds West 136. 30 feet to the said easterly line of First Street;
r running thence along the said easterly line of First Street North 6 degrees 59
minutes 10 seconds West 100. 0 feet to the corner at the point of BEGINNING.

and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent's death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
CD AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
< the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
