THIS INDENTURE, made the 16th day of January nineteen hundred and seventy-three

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first ppaart,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does heeeb, grant and release_ unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of New York, designated as Part of Lots Numbered 160
and 161, on a certain map entitled, "Map of the Beebe Estate" said plot being
bounded and described as follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Center Street distant 113. 0 feet
easterly from the intersection of the southerly side of Center Street with the
easterly side of Third Street; running thence southerly side of Center Street
North 8316'40" East 37. 0 feet to ].and now or formerly of G. Warner; running
thence along said land of G. Warner South 6°47'00" East 100. 00 feet to land
now or formerly of S. Berdinka; running thence along said land of S. Berdinka,

thence along land of M. Pritchard North 6°47'40" East, 100 feet to the point or

first part by deed of ]VIARIA P. FICURILLI and NUNZIATA FICURILLI, n/k/a
NANCY BERARDI, and NICOLA FICURILLI, as heirs at law and next of kin of
NICOLLA FICURILLI, a/k/a NICOLLI FIGORELLO, dated October 14, 1972
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 7275 Page 584 on
rr7 November 3, 1972.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the canter lines ther.-of; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
